Here is an excerpt of the next chapter of my story, No One To Hear You Scream. She what Hera does to get back at Adam.....
          Chapter 13, The Greatest Weakness:
          
          Arii had to apologize. Because it was obvious Adam wasn't sorry. Every angry glare and scoff made sense. He was dead set against this! He wasn't sorry. Hell, I'd go as far as to say the bastard was happy about it.
          
           I wasn't stupid. And I wasn't gonna take it either.
          
          "Arii, you don't have to apologize for Adam." she looked relieved, till I spoke again. "When Adam, however, decides he wants to apologize, then I'll accept it." Arii deflated. 
          
          Adam rolled his eyes. "When Hell freezes over..." he muttered.
          
          That was it. It was on.
          
          I dropped my bookbag and swung around to face him, and punched him in the face. He wasn't expecting it, he couldn't  block it in time. He went down like a ton of bricks. Blood spurted from his nose, and his left eye was getting all puffy and red. Good!
          
          He looked up at me in shock. Cain howled in laughter "I'm gonna marry her!" he shouted. I hoped for his sake he was joking.  Arii's mouth was moving but no words were coming out. Looks like Antonio passed that on to her.
          
          Antonio was bending down over a shocked looking Adam who was looking up at me with a disbelieveing expression on his face. A was very aware of people in the parking lot looking and listening.
          
          Oh, well.
          
          I picked up my stuff. Then bent down to where Adam was still sitting, shell shocked.
          
          "Do you know when I'll apoloize for that?" I asked him, not expecting an answer. I didn't get one. The shocked face gave way to scorn. He knew what I was gonna say, but I said it anyway.
          
          "When Hell freezes over." I said cheerfully. Then I walked away.

          "I don't know how you know about the Nightmares-" I started
          
          "I had them." he finished blankly setting his glass back down. I stared at him, he had them? He shook his head, and even though I could have imagined it, it looked like a tremor went through him. "You might not believe me but...I had them. They were.... retched. A lot of angels with "Dark blood" he choked off with a bitter laugh and took another swing of his drink. "Demon blood really. Me and you both got alot of Demon blood in us. So we have the nightmares."
          
          He reached out to touch my face. His hand was cool up against my cheek as he brushed away pieces of my hair. Then he snatched his hand back, like he had been caught doing something wrong. "Angels like us have it hard." he said staring at me.

here is an excerpt to chapter 11 My personal demon, of No one to hear you scream, enjoy it as u suffer through the wait for more.....
          I felt like my mind and heart had been invaded, and filled with something so strange. Was it a simple friendship, or something more. It couldn't be what I thought it was. It couldn't be love, not so fast, or so soon. Nothing could build so fast, or destroy so fast.
          
          Love couldn't build up such a strong relationship, nor could it tear down my indestructible walls.
          
          Love is nothing more than a demon, a demon that was quickly becoming my personal one. My personal demon.
          
          But it wouldn't win.
          
          Did you hear that, Antonio?
          
          I'm not your soulmate. You won't break my heart into pieces. You won't leave me alone after you had used me. You won't be one to get off easy if you lie or hurt me. I won't let anyone ever hurt me again.... I've suffered enough.
          
          Antonio....You can't have my heart....
