Do ya'll have tips what to do when u have panic attacks in the classroom? Like i have SCHOOL, PHYSICAL SCHOOL. And i can even use my phone, so i cant listen to music to calm down. Please any tips?:)
@sRegineH think about something that makes you happy and calmes you down, focus on a sound, object, or person. BREATH. Remember, everything will be fine, and you'll go home, listen to Harry styles and face time me :)
personally i find if i pick a colour, it can be any colour, and try focus on how many things i can see that are that colour it helps me calm down. don’t know if that works for everyone but i hope it helps :))
