Is it me but almost every main character gets all the bitches?

A bunch of random people are following me, and I’m kind freaking out because of it. 

Why would I download the app but I get more adds than the website. I know that you can save the books your reading and can write stories. And you have to pay to not have adds, but you can just got to the website and not get any adds

My brother is saying that im depressed as fuck bc I simp more then 10 anime people. I think i need help -_-
