          	the past week has been a really big and intense one so I just want to remind everyone how important it is to tell the people you love that you do and to soak up the greatness of when it is told back. 
          	i've been making an effort to do it and its the most beautiful thing you could do for yourself and others.  
          	spread only the love, keep on making history and make the most of the little things.
