I bought a journal the other day and ive been writing some if my poems in it. Fun fact, when my mom was younger she used to write poetry as a coping mechanism as well!
i had my first therapy appt yesterday! i really like my therapist, she made me feel safe
UPDATE I PASSED MY ROAD TEST, AND IM NOW LEGALLY DRIVING
i go for my road test next week, im so nervous
also i know im late to the game :( i have a fear of cars
