The female h a d to find him in the courtyard training. Hermes was finishing up his 700 push-ups, noticing her in the final one. His face had lit up as he got up off the ground and ran over to her. His attire was simply a white, sweaty undershirt and track pants. He even had a towel around his neck .
" So, whaddya say? Wanna train? Since it's early in the morning we should be fine before our job starts ! " He exclaimed with toothy grin, seeming like a dog wanting to play with its owner .

" We're just gonna do simple things like handstands, headstands, and the like though. Floor gymnastics isn't really my specialty . " He scratched his cheek with an embarassed grin, trying to remember when was the last time he did a split. He was able to do it * before *, so he wasn't that much confident in doing it now .
" Let's warm up a bit then start ! " He said whilst already stretching his arms and legs .

@saintetrials — * he took the phone gratefully bowing slightly before he typed in a number which answered almost immediately causing the young man to smile , faint yelling could be heard from the phone eliciting a soft laugh from the shy man * yes mom , I have been okay , I've been taking my medication everyday and the guards are nice . It's not that bad if I stay away from the other inmates honest , how is odysseus is he okay ?
