i may begin posting stories again but im really only here for the oc naruto fanfics B)

where do i get inspiration? 
i really like Inio Asano's work (oyasumi punpun was incredible) and Hideki Anno's NGE  series, so I want to try and make my stories slightly more psychological and interesting without being too complex like nge bc oh my god, honestly i get it mostly from the manga i'm reading and occasionally anime.
