happy new year 
          i’m changing my pen name to fiona and updating my username from rusalkas to saltkept. my existing stories will remain. i’m still writing—just more slowly, and with intention.
          
          if you knew me as annie, you’re welcome to keep calling me that. fiona is my middle name and the name i’ll be publishing under.
          
          i’m currently working on a gothic fantasy novel (working title: project pearl). if you enjoyed salt and sorrow, this story lives in a similar vein.
