Hi,
          I have kind of an odd question: in your experience of this writing atmosphere do people sometimes just not vote even if they like a story. I always try to vote for a story if I enjoyed it to let the author know, but I can’t help but notice so many good books have thousands of reads but only a hundred votes...

            I cannot believe that i am JUST seeing this! But i will still answer your question.
            
            The truth is that sometimes people just like to read and not really interact with the author. They might also get so into the story that they fire through it and don't really pay much attention to voting.
            
            I also like to vote on all chapter and show support because it keeps the author motivated to continue writing.
