Hey, guys! I hope you are all having a wonderful day.
          I just published a new poem, so it would mean the world if you could check it out^^ It's about autumnal memories - I'd love to hear some of yours :)

It's a funny thing, really; when one of the things you fear most happens. And what do you do? How do you feel? Were you scared for nothing- or does it justify how scared you were? Are you relieved because you no longer have to worry about it happening- or more scared because it's just the beginning? The beginning of an end - but who likes endings? Nobody ever wants to say goodbye. I've heard that people "slam the door" on others "all the time. Unless, of course, they can't." So that raises the question: why are you still here?
          Constantly threatened of no return, until the false hope dies down and it's real. Maybe that day doesn't have to come.

All moths are attracted to the light- even if others they know have died from it, they still try. And why is that? Maybe you disagree it's from courage, you could argue it's stupidity, but unlike those who argue that, the moth took a chance. They will keep trying until they find enlightenment. To others, yes it could seem like a waste of time, but dying trying for what you want is never a waste of time.
