My name is Samantha Bailey, I am 24 years old. I'm Cornish and grew up in Penzance, where I developed a love of books very early.  I love fantasy, scifi, and my biggest passion is probably crime. 
I tend to include my personal experiences within my writing, turning them into a fictional situation where aspects of people's personalities are influenced by the people in my everyday life. I tend to write from the point of view of a young woman and the majority of my writing is from a female point of view, as I find I can relate more to a female voice. 
I am currently working on a children's picture book in my down time with my boyfriend Simon, and I am starting a new writing adventure very soon. I'm currently in the planning stage of a new crime novel which I hope you will all enjoy. I am hoping to get it published when it's complete.
