Happy Pride month #loveislove
Today I saw a post where jhope was holding a pride flag and the caption was asking "do you support lgbt+ community?", and so many people in the comment section were saying no and were using their religion to discriminate against lgbt+ community, it honestly made me so sad to see that people like this still exist in 2021. Bts love and support lgbt+ community but I see so many armys who hate on lgbt+ community and use their religion to discriminate lgbt+ community, bts certainly won't be proud of them. Some religious armys even deny that bts supports lgbt+ community, its honestly so sad to see.
I honestly don't like it when writers portray Hades as the "devil". In fact, the concept of any God being “evil” (or even what we’d now consider morally “good”) doesn’t really fit with Greek religion and myth. All of the Olympian Gods were flawed and spiteful: just look at Zeus’s constant myths involving sexual assault, many a vengeful, murderous God, or you know, the entire Trojan war. I know its just fanfiction but I kinda wish that writers educate themselves on Greek mythology, if they want to write a story pertaining to it.
@samwerewolf another terrible b movie I rly liked recently is gods of Egypt lol. I had a thing for Egyptian mythology growing up and it was just rly nice to see it finally in a movie, even though the plot is cheesy and non sensical. I also loved the Mummy movies xD
@samwerewolf well Hollywood / Disney is like fast food, if you only eat fast food and don’t take the basic effort to try out better food, then it’s not the restaurant’s fault you will never know the taste of truly good food lol.
