Anyone have a tactic to get to working without procrastinating?

I'm currently facing a HUGE writer's block, and I'm struggling to put two words together. With that on top of my procrastinating, I'm finding it very difficult to come up with anything to write, and I'm too lazy to keep writing any major longfic as of now, so I'm probably going to start writing random stuff that comes to mind. To my few followers, I'm sorry, it probably won't be at the same quality as the Takamori story or nepeta o-kataria, but I'll try to keep sharpening my skill
