In 2014, Sarah Warren joined Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., becoming a shareholder and working extensively with community development districts, stewardship districts, and real estate developers. Her expertise grew to include acting as Issuer's Counsel for large-scale infrastructure improvements funded through tax-exempt bonds.
