Originally from Aspen, Colorado, Sarah graduated from Aspen High School in 2002. She went on to Rollins College in Orlando, Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Communications. Graduating cum laude in 2006, she was an active member and president of the Kappa Kappa Gamma Sorority. She later attended Vanderbilt University Law School, earning her Juris Doctor in 2010. While there, she served as Associate Editor of the Environmental Journal and gained hands-on legal experience through the International Law Practice Clinic.

Her career began with American Express in 2011, where she excelled in corporate account business development, ranking among the top-performing managers. In 2013, she returned to the legal field at the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity, focusing on community planning and strategic business development. In 2014, Sarah Warren joined Hopping Green & Sams, P.A., becoming a shareholder and working extensively with community development districts, stewardship districts, and real estate developers. She provided counsel on infrastructure projects, public bidding, and financing initiatives across Florida. Her expertise grew to include acting as Issuer's Counsel for large-scale infrastructure improvements funded through tax-exempt bonds.
