I am so sorry to announce this but understatement will not be getting any updates or new chapters until further notice, I would like to thank everyone who supported me with this book, it really means a lot to me I could never thank you enough.

Should I add a Christmas part to understatement?
If you have ideas for it that youāre inspired to write, absolutely. :) Iād love to read it.
Iāll always be team write what you feel like writing, cause Iāve never been able to force it with scenes that donāt inspire me.
Okay Iām back people and I need to confess something which isā¦ā¦
I was in Europe and I really didnāt have time to write and then this school year started after I came back from my trip so letās say I didnāt have time to do anything let alone write but mid terms are approaching so theyāll be a few more chapters letās say by mid October and the beginning of November.

Okay that was dramatic but do we quit on understatement and try something new because everything is so mixed up and I as a person do not have the will to write Nya ruin Kaiās wedding planning because letās face it I donāt know how to write wedding planning neither do I have the will to so I can try to do it but it wonāt be from my finest works but if yāall want the story Iāll continue it is you guysā choice.

Write what youāll enjoy writing. Thatās clearly not Kaiās wedding, so scrap it. If you had ideas that would tie up Understatement, like stuff for their trip to London, then you could ignore all of the mixed up stuff and send them off to get together on their trip and end the book. (Iām sure finished feels good. I wouldnāt know, I can never get past writing a chapter of longer stuff.)
If you wonāt enjoy writing it, ditch it. Iāll happily read whatever you decide to write, because Iāve enjoyed all your stories. :)
Alright, letās address the elephant in the roomāIāve just posted yesterday but Understatement is coming (after exams + a wedding because apparently, Iām in some real-life drama), but I couldnāt leave yāall hanging. So, Iām dropping a new book to keep things interesting.
Itās called āUnspoken Darknessāāand let me tell you, itās packed with everything youāre craving: sin, secrets, angst, mafia mayhem, and some really questionable decisions. This isnāt to replace Understatement, just me doing what I do bestāwriting chaos and then blaming it on my lack of impulse control.
Also, big thanks to my 3 remaining followers for sticking around. The other 5? I donāt know where you went, but I hope youāre living your best life without me.
And for the record, yes, I still canāt write without getting distracted by drama. No apologies for that.

OKAY BESTIES, STORY TIME.
So likeā¦ yeah. Iāve been a ghost since February ( pls donāt drag me), but exams have been killing me AND Iāve got a wedding to survive (no, not mineākeep your fantasies in check). Ya girl is STILL painfully single, and hereās the real tea: Iāve NEVER kissed a boy in my life. Not once. Nope. The closest Iāve gotten is when my cousin kissed me on the cheek when I was 10. And donāt even try to call that romantic because that was traumatizing and thatās a fact. So while Iām out here writing intense, toxic, borderline criminal romance between Lloyd and Nya, Iām literally sitting here with no actual experience, pretending Iām the love expert. Okay, cool.
ANYWAY. Enough about my tragic love lifeāUnderstatement is coming BACK in June once I finish exams and survive the wedding madness. And since yāall have been so damn patient, Iām about to hit you with the drama you didnāt know you needed.

Yāall whatās better one-shots or long paced slow-burn romance books ?
Sorry, I didnāt see your question! Iām a bit torn. She could use some personal growth, especially if they take a long time to plan. That makes it a nice place for an Iām sorry bonding moment. But it would be waaaaay funnier if she keeps trying to mess it up and Lloyd is running around trying to put out all the fires sheās causing/trying to cause or if heās constantly distracting her so she canāt cause trouble. Yeah that would be my vote.
Sure do you have any expectations for Kaiās wedding?? Will it be perfect or Nya is gonna make a show down
One shots are enjoyable and satisfying in that itās all wrapped up, like a chocolate bar or a cookie, but the slow build up/world building/character development of a longer book is way more satisfying. I find your longer book so entertaining because the next chapter is never what I expected to happen. Iām low key hoping youāll still be writing for Nya to make a mess of Kaiās wedding day.
