I started to write a book and I'd like to publish it here. but I don't know how long it takes me to finish it so, I can't give you a time that it's done.
here's a rough summary of what is happening:
Our world is divided into classes. Each class has its own abilities. There are the Listeners, who hear when danger threatens them, or people close to them; then there are the Seers, they see the heart's desire of a person; and there is the elite class: The Speakers, they always say the right thing at the right moment, they seem sneaky, though, because they can wrap people around their finger in such a way that they do exactly what they want. That is why they are in government and no one dares to say or do anything against them.
I am Emily and I come from a large family who have a long tradition of being Listeners. However, on my 16th birthday, when I am supposed to get my ability, I sees numbers eve-rywhere. It could be a date, but it could also just be a random number. It scares me be-cause I would break the tradition. I would have to go away and leave my friends and family behind. Also I never heard of the ability to see numbers. What do they even mean?
I'd like to hear your opinion on this :)
