Chapter 31 is up, Alissandra is a beautiful addition the world of Max and Addy, but pregnancy and birth can do a lot of damage to a fragile body image, particularly when your own fears are being reinforced by your husband.

Interesting how saying 'yes' to someone sometimes isn't a yes at all but rather a way of sticking your finger up at someone else all together. Addy by this stage was running out of ways to stick her finger up at her mum. Chapter 30 is up.

Sometimes life pushes you around and if you don't push back you end up in  places where you really didn't want to go. Addy never planned on travelling this road, but it was the road that took her straight to her daughter, something she would never change, with the good, the bad and the down right ugly comes the perfect... chapter 29

Chapter 27, the first time Addy see's Max post surgery, Addy has all but disappeared, so much so that Max has no idea who is talking to.

Chapter 26 is up today, sticking to my promise. We are on a freight train to the end now. Addy's day in court does not go exactly as she planned and it's not facing Bert that's hard but the haunting face of Berris, Max's mum.

It has been two months too long, since I lasted posted, unfortunately delayed by life again. Big apologies to my one dedicated reader @circumlocutious, hopefully this is the end of the distraction and we are on a one-track tunnel to the end. So chapter 25 is up, when Adele has to revisit the house where Max died she finds it hard to keep the past in the box she thought she had neatly packed away.

Chapter twenty four, how far would you go to fit in? Would you risk everything to make sure your mother loved you, to stick your finger up at a boy?

Chapter 23 is up. The decisions we make when we are young and can't empathise with our future self can be catastrophic ....
