I've been fine tuning my outline/plot for my Fallout fic and found the old newsletters I made for it when I had first started working on it (version 1 that was a relatively different plot) and they're SO CUTE i'm screaming i'm absolutely going to be revamping them and using them

Just finished reading unpainted. I’m genuinely not ready to say goodbye to this story but I’m so glad you told it exactly the way you wanted to. There’s something really special about a fic that knows when to end, and Unpainted nailed that. Odette’s ending hurts, but it feels earned - bittersweet, grounded, and haunting in a way that sticks with you. Thank you for sharing your writing, your ideas, and your time with us. I’ll absolutely be rereading this when I need emotional damage again.

@strwbrryblast that is one of the things I've struggled with. I have a terrible time finishinig stories - I dont want to say goodbye to the characters. I am very glad I ended it where/how I did. I've always loved sad endings!!

@sarcasticwinger Honestly, after Unpainted, I trust you with my life AND my Fallout lore. The care you put into themes, structure, and emotional payoff is so obvious, so knowing this fic has been marinating since 2023 with that much intentional planning makes me so excited. Also the fact that this came out of an 18 hour car ride with your husband just makes it feel so personal and grounded already. Whenever you decide to work on it, I know it’s going to hit hard.

lol plot twist forgot I had the entire thing outlined because my husband and I spent an 18hr car ride PLOTTING IT and I have 4 small notebooks full of information including a tiny vault layout made of cardstock
