Allah is near & listening. At times when adversity & hopelessness may touch us, we might stir a doubt in our mind that is Allah is even listening to this insignificant being? Allah answers this beautifully in Quran where He informs That He’s truly near, responsive. This displays the personal connection we can strive to have with Allah. You don’t need an intermediary to convey to Allah. Allah acknowledges our helplessness, responds to our prayers, our silent cries & grants us as He wills. When you think no one is listening to you, Allah is. When you think no one understands you, Allah does. This assurance of being heard & responded to, sparks hope & gives strength in our weak moments. Indeed, Allah knows best.
