            i would absolutely love a ff movie if it was good, but if take 3 is as bad as the others, i’m giving up on the idea. i agree though, they’re literally made for comics.

            i love them too, and i agree i feel like they arent meant to be a live action movie. animated or comics would work better for them
            
            but marvel has been disappointing since after endgame, with a handful of hits that are NOT proportional to what they've been releasing

( @blythering ) i agree with you about pedro pascal and vanessa kirby, like they’re okay but not great. pedro doesn’t really seem to have the mad scientist energy reed needs?? and vanessa kirby seems like she’s going to be exactly like the other sues we’ve had i think, like she’s not bringing anything new to the character. i’m trying to stay openminded about joseph quinn but i feel like johnny needs more golden retriever energy?? like yes he’s a playboy but he’s also a sweet idiot. 
            
            and yes the ff have the dorkiest powers (very silver age) and they kind of work better in the comic book medium but i still feel like it could be done with if it had the right people behind it.
            
            AND I JUST LOVE THEM SO MUCH so i don’t know it’s just disappointing.
