@suemedaddy a little, i got mine professionally removed after trying to comb them out with a lice comb, it really depends on how bad your lice are

@suemedaddy i deadass didn’t even notice i had them for like three months bc their lifecycle doesn’t even happen once until a month after, and i have chronically dry scalp so i didn’t assume anything was out of the normal. i couldn’t feel them much, it’s more the mentality of bugs all over your head. removing them sucked
