Gay=death type shit kind of forbidden, and the plot is a president of the country’s  daughter who forbade this just invented lingerie for men to ogle at (the daughter was a straight girl, as it blows up, she met a woman who was imprisoned (sentenced to death) for liking a woman (that woman snitched on her), turns out she was a very skilled taylor!! she requested her to make those lingerie and they started to develop!!
          
          PS: the presidents daughter is a hidden futa which also the reason why she invented those lingerie, to attract the men regardless if that woman has male genitalia :3 just an idea
