Please allow me to introduce my novel; "This Summer" a young adult romance novel which takes you on a journey through the eyes of Summer Ryan. Summer blames herself for Frankie's near-death experience. Which causes her to isolate herself from everyone around, especially her best friend, Sarah. That is, until she meets Mason Haynes. Though he awakens a new sense of self discovery in Summer, She finds it difficult to let go of her past traumas, but in order to fully devote herself to Mason, Summer must concede that she is as good as everyone thinks she is. Mason and Summer battle a lot as they try to figure out how their actions affect one another. She
wants Mason because he often challenges her, gives her life and hope that their romance will continue past this current summer. However important secrets being kept from them by their parents creates major disputes amongst those closest to her, endangering the relationship and its very foundation.
