Did anyone else use to viciously run their foreheads to raise their temperature bc they’re mom didnt use a thermometer so they could stay home from school.
If anyone knows how to shift realities or has genuinely gotten really close can you show me some tips because I have ADHD so I can’t do the Raven method or anything like that. If you could give me some good meditations or methods to help me shift I would be forever grateful. Thanks y’all
TW: sewerslide. So my depression was really bad during the middle-end of the first lockdown. Like it got so bad that I tried to øff myself twice without my parents knowing. Is it bad that when I listen to songs I’d listen to then (like let go by ark patrol) I’d miss the euphoric feeling. I almost wish I was there again just to feel the euphoria. I feel selfish thinking that. Is it wrong?
