Guys update on the car crash my friend said I was the reason I caused it bc I didn’t want to go to my cousins house 

Bro I’m literally so tramatized my older sister she’s 16 got in a car accident I was in the car with her and now the scene keeps on replaying in my head and it makes me tear up Everytime I just remember her bleeding in her mouth checking up on everybody and my friend he’s 11 saying he couldn’t move his arm and my younger sister she’s 7 saying her head hurt I didn’t get hurt bc I was in the back but I was still on the verge of an anxiety attack
