He oversees clubs, school events, and extracurricular activities. However, he is also the student councillor where others can come to confide in him. Beneath his easygoing personality, lies an individual remarkably perceptive. However, before joining Raterudai, Hayase was a content creator and streamer that built a community around gaming. While after school, he still streams in his free time, but no undergoing a different name in order to maintain his privacy.
