Sorry I’ve been MIA. My husband and I got the wonderful news back in July that I’m pregnant!!! We had been trying for 7 years. All I’ve been doing is working and sleeping. Not much motivation to write when the nauseousness lasted off and on all day. I’m finally starting to feel like a human again. I’m hoping to do some writing soon. I haven’t abandoned my rock stars just had to take a little detour. Btw we found out we are having a boy!

I just posted the synopsis for the next book and I am currently working on chapter 1. If at any point, you see anything that doesn’t line up with the previous books please don’t hesitate to call me out on it. I was going cross eyed trying to comb through everything and having Trey yelling in the back of my head to start writing so tray won. I think I caught everything. Their book is going to go back in time slightly and then catch up to present day. I feel like their story started when Skyler saw Dimitri for the first time after a long time at the bar for Alex’s birthday.

I have a very special chapter coming your way that’s been dedicated to my readers who have stuck with me over the last couple years with all the craziness of my life and I am so glad to finally be back writing again. I’m hoping to have the chapter either out some point this evening (if I do it will be super late in the night) or tomorrow evening. Only about one or two chapters left of My nephews dad, the rockstar and then onto the next. I have to go back through the other two books to make sure I have trays backstory correct cause it’s been so long since I’ve even really thought about him. I have a rough idea in my head but have to make sure it is going to work with what I’ve already laid out. Thoughts on once I finish Steel Wolf doing a next generation series? I’ve got some ideas in my head. I’d love to write Hunter’s story.

I am going to finish the book. It has been a tough few months. Between the new teaching job, side jobs and finishing my masters I haven’t had time to write. My hope is once the eighth graders graduate in May and my masters is done I’ll be able to get back to writing consistently.

For once I have no commitments or obligations this weekend. (Other than a bike ride or two) Going to enjoy the calm before the new school year kicks off and do what I enjoy most writing! Goal is to get a few chapters done this weekend!
