I think I just risked my book's featured place in the Romance and After Dark profile booklists by voicing my opinion, and probably also any chance of ever getting a Watty or an Amby, but I think the hijacking of the Romance profile to sell cosmetics is a bad look for Wattpad. Thank you for being the first person to speak out.

So sorry for the delay on Eclipsed! The reality is, I’m stretched thin between work, family, and preparing A Slip of the Hand for publication (and trying to learn how to market, lol). ASotH goes to my editor next month, so I’m in crunch time now for final self-edits before it’s in someone else’s hands for a bit.

Chapter 40 of Eclipsed is LIVE. The whole book—two books, really—has been building to this! The next few chapters are mostly drafted, but I'll see how quickly I can edit them while also juggling self-edits for ASotH, which is going to an actual editor in August (so I have a deadline and lots to do)!

Today is the last day to read A Slip of the Hand on this platform! It’s very bittersweet, but I’m ecstatic about its next iteration. I’m deep into self edits now, and I’ll be sending it off to my editor this summer. I’m THRILLED to be working with this editor (we’ve been bonding over cats, Tolkien, and Sleep Token), but it does push my timeline back a bit. It’ll be worth it to make the best version of this story I can.

          The next chapter of Eclipsed is taking some extra time to draft; we’re just at that point in the story! But I’m working on it, and it’ll hopefully be ready sooner than later!

          Just a reminder: A Slip of the Hand will be coming down next month, so you've got just 10 days left to finish reading this version. Editing is enjoyable one minute and daunting the next, but I'm excited by the idea of what'll be when I'm finished.

Chapter 38 of Eclipsed is up! It feels like we're "almost" done, but in reality, I've got 45 chapters and an Epilogue blocked in.
