hi i need advice, im going away for college and my family is staying in my hometown as well as my best friend cause she’s a year younger than me. do you have any suggestions on how to prevent a falling out between us or fights about me going away?

i am also a year younger than you and i can say putting in obvious effort when needed from both sides or trying to talk like best friends talk and preventing fights can just be a matter of communication and understanding and respecting eachothers schedules :-)
