His name is Hebi Surizarin and his quirk is called "Living Nightmare", his personality is like if Yuri Plisetsky and Bakugou had a kid except he's actually nice to his friends. Additional things, Hebi is gay and he has silver hair and eyes and his pupils are like a snakes. I don't know if any of that helped
