          Maybe I’m reaching out very late, after many years, since this is no longer very current, but I came across your comment somewhere about the book Rivals and the other chapters. I was wondering whether you might have the continuation of the book beyond chapter 14. It was my favorite book, and I was so sad when it got deleted!
