i'm back and im gonna fill you in on things
i recently left a toxic and abusive relationship so thats a thing
my ptsd has gotten severely worse and i've been having flashbacks and frequent dissociation episodes
i got a new roommate who helps me out as best as she can when im having a trauma episode
i havent been great
i'm just going to try and get better from here on out
but thanks for almost 200 followers and so many reads on my story
