Hi!! So in 2024 I posted a buck fanfic with Chloe Bennet as my fmc and she's an officer as well lol. I never finished it but I am starting to write again, since then though I remember finding your book, casual & thinking it was so funny we had the same idea. Since I'm hoping to start writing again I just wanted you to know Im not trying to copy your story at all! If you feel uncomfortable with it though I have no problem changing it!! The Oc is Louise, Steve calls her Marlene (which is her middle name and the ship name would be Star), they used to be childhood best friends making a lot of trouble together until she got sent to boarding skl, comes in S2 with a different haircut and energy because of a traumatic event during the summer. Steve stopped contacting her and they LOWKEY are an on and off thing.
