          The Oc is Louise, Steve calls her Marlene (which is her middle name and the ship name would be Star), they used to be childhood best friends making a lot of trouble together until she got sent to boarding skl, comes in S2 with a different haircut and energy because of a traumatic event during the summer. Steve stopped contacting her and they LOWKEY are an on and off thing.
