Her name is (Mari)lla Rufus
She is the only daughter of Neptune, the Roman god of the sea
She's Percy's half brother the same way Hazel and Nico are siblings
Her mother became despaired when Neptune never came back after Mari's birth and would just spend her days wasting away. Mari ran when she was 5, desperate for the love she lacked and that's where she met Lupa, the Roman wolf goddess and was brought to camp Jupiter
When Jason disappeared, she stepped up as temporary Praetor and stayed in that position with Reyna until Hazel and Frank took over

//she can control water too but not as strongly as percy. Percy, as we know from battle of the labyrinth, can draw full springs from anything that has ever once lived in water. Mari cannot. Her storms are mighty though. If she gets a little too mad, the little tiber may flood a little bit. He can create tsunamis and hurricanes without even trying though she usually doesn't because that kind of power doesn't sit right with her. And you'll always know when she's sad because it'll rain hard
