Why do I use several ellipses on sentences back in the day?

          Okay... so I've garnered a total of 100 reads on each of my stories...
          should I update them now?...
          
          I should write more, right?!

Next stop? My non-fanfic, Hours (and a I still need to attend my Physiology classes online.) I might be unemployed at the moment but this is waaaayyy busier than I expect it to be.
