/ HI HI, yes, i'm been hibernating. i've been busy with work and low on muse. other than that i'm doing well, hope you are well too!
Earth was buring, as the demons of hell attacked everything in sight. Many humans died and many more were turned into hell zombies. However on a desolate street a Freightliner FLA cab semi barrles down the street. One would assume a human was driving this truck as it ran over smaller demons like imps and gargoyles.
“You act like I’ve never seen anything like this before.”
@the_hellbane “Probably— I’ve been trained since I learned how to walk and talk.. I am a little rusty though.”
[@mindhunts] “I didn’t say that — I just asked whether you can handle the bigger cybernetic ones. They’re brutal , and if you’re not prepared , they’ll chew through all your ammo. ”
" you seem ... familiar . have we met ? no , i'd remember you . ugh , you met / her / didn't you ? did she tell you her little secret ? "
[@temptisms] Ivana scoffed at the comment , folding her arms across her chest as her eyes stayed locked on the succubus. “ I’m the headache ? That’s rich , coming from you , ” she shot back , her voice edged with irritation. Fatigue weighed on her patience , and she had little interest in indulging the demon’s attitude. “ Honestly , I can see why they keep you locked away. Having someone like you around nonstop would be exhausting. ”
| @the_hellbane | " ugh , you humans and your endless questions . " she sighed loudly , rolling her eyes in annoyance . though she did laugh mockingly when ivana made her feelings clear . " i'm not too fond of you either , welcome to the club . " another sigh . " no , you fool , i'm not using our body for my own gain . everything is a headache with you , isn't it ? i'd like to see you spend a hundred years not being able to see , touch , feel , smell , taste , or even fully think . i imagine you'd get antsy after a while too . "
[@temptisms] “ So what is it ? Are you using her body for your own gain , or do you have another reason for taking control of her ? Be clear about it — because I don’t like you so far. ”
“What if we just get away from all of this— so we can be safe. So Lily can be safe..”
[@prettysmilings] The slayer fell quiet for a moment , her icy eyes fixed on her girlfriend before she rolled onto her back , staring up at the ceiling. “ I’m sure of it — trust me on this. I might already have someone in mind , I just need to see them in action , ” she says , turning her gaze back to Carmon. “ Give me a week , and we’ll see how it goes. If it goes well . . . we can finally get out of here. ”
@the_hellbane “You don’t seem so sure.” Carmon was good at reading Ivana. She knew the woman hesitated greatly, and worried that no one could take her place.
[@prettysmilings] She fell quiet , her gaze drifting away from Carmon as the weight of the moment settled in. Part of her wanted to walk away — to choose more time with her girlfriend and their child — but another part knew she was the only one who could truly do this job. After a long pause , she let out a slow sigh and nodded faintly. “ Yes . . . I’m sure. ”
/ she needs a demon that trembles whenever she’s near, when really she wouldn’t harm them since they’re fun to mess with..

@the_hellbane “Aw.. that’s very sweet of you, love.” Carmon smiled gingerly while walking over towards her girlfriend, giving her a small kiss on the cheek.
[@prettysmilings] “ Ah . . . you could say that. She’s been having nightmares again , and I want to be awake in case she starts panicking in her sleep. ”
“I’m fine-!”
[@flutterhands] Ivana presses her lips together , a quiet ache settling in her chest as she lowers her gaze. She understands that kind of loss too wel l— her own father vanishing on a mission when she was younger , leaving only questions behind. Lifting her head again , she opens her arms toward Lucy. “ Come here , ” she murmurs softly. “ You know I’m always here for you . . . always. ”
@the_hellbane With a shrug, Lucy sighed through her nose with a slight huff. “It’s just- I’ve never met mine. He died before I was born.. my mom tells me all about him but I feel like I’ve missed out.”
[@flutterhands] Ivana pressed her lips together , unsure how to respond. She had a father , but he was never around enough to really know. “ Uh . . . I guess . . . sort of ? Hard to say , ” she murmurs , shrugging slightly. “ He was always so busy . . . why do you ask ? ”
