It is the late 1700s in Haiti. In a small village in the north, Rose Passebon embarks on a mission to support the slave rebellion by infiltrating the Leclerc family estate. The Leclerc's are directly connected with Napolean Bonaparte who has begun a wave of political strategies to reconquer Haiti for the French. Rose is the chosen one to be the first Queen of Haiti.

Rose is a direct descendant of the Ahosi (Amazon) African tribe.  She possesses the training and magical voodoo abilities of a deadly warrior. Unbeknownst to anyone, Rose bides her time as a lowly servant help. Meanwhile, she wages a war within the ranks of the nobility.

However, Rose didn't anticipate falling in love with the master of the estate, Monsieur Alphonse Leclerc. Now her fight is not just for her country but for the survival of her heart.
