Sefla Fuhrman is a gifted, compassionate, and hardworking professional educator who is dedicated to assisting people from all walks of life in achieving their goals and dreams. She strives to identify what distinguishes people, where their talents lie, and how to maximize them in pursuit of their long-term goals.

Growing up, Sefla Fuhrman knew she wanted to spend her life helping others. This was evident even during her secondary school years. She was always one of the first to volunteer for projects, and she was always willing to help her classmates with whatever they needed. She grew up hearing stories about her mother's cousin, who was a member of one of the first Peace Corps Volunteer groups, and she knew she wanted to do the same. She earned a BA in Anthropology from the University of Washington in 1996.
