Could you please read my story?

          __________

She'd never given much thought to love. It wasn't anything, really. Everybody reads about it, talks about it, longs for it, but does anyone actually show it? She sure didn't think so.

High school didn't prove to her that love existed. In fact, high school pretty much confirmed her beliefs that love didn't exist. You'd see people making out in the halls, but it was all for show, to see who was at the top of the popularity chain. It never actually meant anything; it only made for more people to dodge as you tried to arrive at class on time.

But, this wasn't what caused her not to believe. It was when she was eleven years old that she knew love never existed for anyone. A year of great loss, and new-found depression, she knew that love mustn't be designed for her.

And she knew that she would never believe again.

So, like, you should totally go and read my story! I like to call it Convincing Amy. No Jimmy the star quarterback falling in love with Tiffany the sophomore princess. This is more about the realities of life and love.

What if love isn't as simple as boy meets girl?

And what if it could haunt you forever?
