Hearing Aids, a Brendon Urie x reader fic.

Jay is the last person on Earth after an asteroid hits. The damage from the collision has left her deaf and she deeply does not want to believe she's alone. Every day she searches for someone, anyone, slowly running out of hope. Her senses are sharper now that she's deaf, and when she catches something from the corner of her eye, she can't help but follow it. "It" is a man who looks about her age. She tells him that she's deaf and the man gets a notepad from a nearby store. She learns the man's name is Brendon and he's blind in one eye, and after being sent flying by the asteroid, has managed a broken arm. This one is my favorite of the two, so it'll probably be ready first, but I have SO MUCH planned for it. If I keep talking I'll definitly spoil it, but keep your heads up for when I post the first draft of this story :)

Patient 30, a Joshler fic.

Now I'm not one to really ship Joshler, but with the context of the story, it's most fitting as Josh and Tyler. In this story you'll find patient 26, aka Tyler, is placed into an asylum for acting out at a party. Doctors discover there is more wrong to him than what he did and decide to keep him there for longer. Every day for him is slow and tiring until he meets a new patient. Patient 30. At the asylum, everyone goes by numbers to protect their safety, but Tyler just can't help but want to know more about patient 30. He learns patient 30 is short term, and won't be staying long. Blurry doesn't think Tyler can do anything to get this boy to like him, and Tyler is tired of putting up with Blurry's bullshit. I have most of what I want in this story set up, and I'm excited to discover what I want as my final draft. I hope you like this one as much as I do :)
