@SangulMoon8 Hey dear don't be stressed at all I know it's overwhelming time and everyone have to phase this once in their life so don't worry, this too shall pass ,first of all when you've to do assignment you need research work ,so first research the topic in detailed way ,while represent your assignment use diagrams, write answers in points, highlights important definitions and lines,use tablets form for comparison, and write clean ..and for exams please clear your points and concepts by watching YouTube videos if you've short time go through oneshot once write quick notes for yourself and practice past years questions and also take guidance from your school teachers ,class teacher guide you well as they are experienced and in SOCIOLOGY you can write your own words but just clear your concepts and also try to include examples ,magnet brain also good to checked on YouTube as they explained everything in detailed and be confident with yourself, and be consistent divide your time to do assignment and exams 2 hours for each...
            
            And it's sound stupid but you can also include the thinkers and philosopher symbols or make a drawing by yourself it look cute as well explain about their ideology and theory. 
            
            Hope it's work for you just don't take too much stress ..You just need to focus and consistent and set the goal for yourself and also you can use manifestation techniques I do and it's work wonder for my exam I do script technique like whatever I want already everything and I always think positive visualize and use positive Affirmations and give my 100% you can also try that ...Lots of love and best of luck ...Fighting & study hard ❤
