so close to telling everyone at work to get absolutely fucked because what do you mean it’s always ME getting the new hires and the slow ones ??? and it’s also ME getting moaned at cause jobs aren’t done when that would mean me struggling to do my OWN job because i’m having to pick up after their every little move ??? literally writing me notes telling me that i’ve got three people on shift today when i have in fact NOT, i have the new girl and when she leaves i have another new girl who can’t even touch the kitchen equipment and works at the same pace as a sloth.

@ksf2005 honestly a schedule ?? i could never, like i definitely agree with you, i’m also at that point where i just write when and if i have the time along with IF i also have the motivation, no matter how little. i have messaged you on pinterest though cause the ideas are flowing tonight

@seungminsIvr definitely dont rush yourself !! thats one thing i definitely struggle with when writing— trying to keep to a schedule. :,)) ive gotten to the point where i just write when i have the motivation to & if people read it, then they read it. im so jealous of people who can stick to schedules though LMAO , my brain just doesnt let me. sobbb.
