Sevda Khatamian was born in 1989. Her family was already living in Tehran when she came around. Although her family was in touch with relatives and friends, but it was mostly the four of them hanging out together. Her father used to run his own business and her mother worked in a hospital. Later she became a lawyer. Her brother moved to Turkey right after he graduated from high school. Sevda took the same path and moved out when she was 18. It wasn't easy for her to handle a life on her own. She started to work in different jobs to make her plans work. It was then that she realized that no matter how hard she tried, none of the plans would work in a way she expected. That it was the first thing to know about life. She explains a lot more details about herself and the stuff around her in her first book "That Year". Now she is living in Istanbul. She'd write other novels about the world around her and would make her way to her first passion, film and animation.
