the reader and tom are in an interview. after a while, the interviewer starts to ask inappropriate questions to y/n, checks her out, and once tried to touch her.
this makes her anxious. she starts shaking, looking elsewhere, banging her fists on her thigh to calm herself down. tom notices this. so he comforts her in the best way he can as well as being subtle about it.
