Its not possible to always have only highs and highs in every phase of  life . There will be ups and downs too .the thing is you have to embrace it ..face it..its difficult sometimes but  then this is  life ..time is not constant ..it changes if its bad today good will come too ...sometimes even after giving your 100 percent u might not get the desired  results ..but mind it everything happens for a reason so just face it ..accept it and ACE it :):)
