I forgot the the title and author name of a story i read long ago this is what I remember The male protagonist has a piercing on his tongue and penis
          He’s always clicking his pierce tongue on the roof of his mouth
          He’s gifted and i think his mom is gofted and the leader of a sanctuary with other gifted  but he doesn’t know about his mother he stay at a bar/club where where he works with other gifted but they have to hide because you have enforcer type people who check for gifted people 
          The ower of the bar/club is a couple and is wife is gifted also she has the same gift like female protagonists who also stays there and sew for the club but they don’t know her power cause she hides it. One of the dancers has multiple limbs also the male protagonist best friend is a werewolf who later on got mated to a guy at the sanctuary for gifted where male protagonist mother lead
