Hey do you write your stories again which you start new

Hey everyone… I’m really sorry for disappearing like that.
          I honestly don’t know how or why it happened, but for the past few days, I wasn’t able to open my Wattpad account at all. I tried everything I could—again and again—but nothing worked. The password kept showing as incorrect, and I had no idea what was going on. I was so stressed. When I open another account on my mother phone it opened but not this one  I try with VPN and it didn't open
          
          Then last night… somehow, I managed to log back in.
          And guess what?
          Not a single one of my stories was there.
          It was like they just… vanished.
          I checked the drafts, searched everywhere—but there was nothing. They weren’t even unpublished or hidden. It was like they never existed at all.
          Like they were just… erased.
          
          I went to check the message board too, and there is no previous messages and my old messages were gone. It felt like a part of me had been wiped away.
          I can’t even explain the pain,the frustration I felt.
          I’ve poured my heart into my stories. Hours, days, of writing, rewriting, and dreaming—and in one moment, it was just… gone.
          
          I was crying so much last night. It hurts.
          And now I don’t even know what to do,there is nothing left .....

Just tell me you are doing okay and I will never ask you any of kind of question and never say you to update again I am going to miss you so muchm
