I am 53yrs old. I have 5 grown up children and 7 grand-children. I enjoy reading,music,and TV. I walk to most places to stop my joints from  getting too stiff as I have arthritis in my spine,hips,knees,ankles,wrists and hands, my motto about my joints is use them or lose them lol.
