AWARENESS POST | My Experience with DandieBookshelfShopee on Tiktok
i'm sharing this not to spread hate but to raise awareness and hopefully prevent someone else from experiencing the same thing.
i was scammed or at the very least, i lost my money in a transaction with dandiebookshelfshopee/dandiebookshelshopee on tiktok for the self-published physical copy of inang cc je’taime.
i admit that part of this was my fault. i trusted too quickly because i was genuinely excited to finally have a physical copy of cloud and jacques’ story. honestly, what i initially paid for was between the rainbow of ms. ineryss which is another self-published book. i later decided to change my order to je’taime, so I paid the additional amount needed.
i'm sharing this as a lesson... not only for myself but also for other readers and buyers.
please verify sellers before sending full payment. check their previous transactions, feedback, legitimacy, and other available information. don't let excitement or the feeling of “I really want this book” stop you from thinking carefully and protecting your money.
to dandiebookshelfshopee, I honestly don’t know what happened on your end. maybe you were struggling financially or maybe there was another reason behind what happened. but whatever the reason, i hope you don’t do this to another buyer. and sana nakatulong yong pera ko sayo dahil bukod sa kikitain ko rin yan, alam ko naman na babalik din yan sa akin ni Lord ng doble doble.
to fellow readers: please be careful. verify first. think first. pay only when you’re confident that the seller is legitimate.
again, this post is not meant to spread hate. it is simply my experience and a reminder to everyone to be cautious when buying online.
nakakalungkot, yes. nanghihinayang ako, definitely. but more than anything, i hope no one else has to learn this lesson the way i did.
thank you for reading and please stay safe when purchasing your books online
