I've had the same problem as you, I couldn't sign up in this account, my actual account. So I chatted with this Wattpad Help Roboter(?) and he asked me some questions about my account, after 1 day I became an email (the robot asked) and could change my Password so I could enter my real account again. You can try it, maybe it'll help (:

Idk if you still can't log in you can try uninstalling this app then re-install it back. You could reset the password and make a new one instead and this time, wrote that password down. (I always get scolded by my parents cuz of my forgetfulness)
